Summary Born in 1960, I am an attorney at law conducting my practice from Hammonton, NJ. I am formerly Of Counsel to the New Jersey law firm of DiFrancesco, Bateman, Coley, Yospin, Kunzman, Davis & Lehrer, P.C., where I was a member of the Health and Hospital Law practice. Over a twenty-five year career, I’ve held senior level executive positions in health care group purchasing, medical home care, and hospital systems. My practice concentrates on the representation of clients regarding matters involving corporate governance, commercial transactions, health care transactions, and health care regulatory compliance.
